    Can curtains be blackout and help with insulation?

    Yes. Add blackout lining for near-darkness in bedrooms and nurseries. For warmth and draught reduction, choose thermal lining or interlining (an extra layer that adds body and improves insulation). You can also layer sheers (voiles) with lined curtains to keep daytime privacy while boosting night-time warmth.

    Do you supply tracks/poles and fit bay windows or wide doors?

    Yes. We measure, supply and fit Curtain poles and tracks when you order your Curtains with us. These include made-to-measure bay tracks (bent to template) and ceiling-mounted/wave tracks for wide spans and bi-fold doors. Options include corded or motorised tracks for effortless operation and a tidy, child-safe setup.

    Should I layer Curtains with Blinds, and which combinations work best?

    Absolutely. Layering gives better light control, privacy and insulation. For bedrooms, pair a blackout Roller or Roman with lined curtains; add sheers on a second track for daytime privacy. In living spaces, use a screen Roller or Wood/Faux-wood Venetian behind curtains to cut glare while keeping daylight. For bi-folds doors, keep panels neat with Perfect Fit/INTU on the doors and finish the room with Curtains on a discrete track.
