What areas do you cover?

We cover most of Essex including CM, RM, SS, IG and some of CO post codes.

Do you offer Free quotations?

Yes, we will come to your home or business with samples, measure your windows and send you a quotation all free of charge, without obligation.

Do your Surveyors bring samples with them?

Yes, once we know what type of Blinds, Curtains or Internal Shutters you require, our experts will bring samples.

Do you offer free samples of Blind or Curtain fabrics?

Yes, just let us know what you have seen on our website and we can post samples directly to you.

Do you have parking at your Showroom?

Yes, we have plenty of Free parking within our forecourt.

What are you Showroom opening times?

Monday to Fridays 9.30 – 5pm and Saturdays 9.30 – 3.30.

Can I get to your Showroom by Bus?

From Wickford train station you can get the number 10 or number 25 bus heading towards Shotgate. The drop off is Southend Road, opposite Wick Lane, then the walk is approx 13 minutes. Altogether it will take 21 minutes, or you can walk from the train station and it will take around 25 minutes.

Can you help me decide what would look best for my windows?

Yes. If you don’t know what you’re after, we have one of the largest Showrooms in Essex, displaying all of our products.  Our surveyors have over 100 years experience between them, so can offer expert advice.

Can you give me a rough price based on my measurements?

Yes, simply email or chat with us on our website and will give you a price based on your measurements. If you are happy with your estimate, book an appointment for our experts to accurately measure and bring samples for you to see.

Are your Blinds Child Safe?

Yes, our Blinds are designed to be child safe and where necessary all safety devices are fitted to ensure piece of mind.

Does your online Shutter Calculator include fitting costs?

Yes, when you use our Shutter calculator, the price includes installation.

How long before my Blinds, Curtains or Shutters can be fitted?

As soon as we have your confirmed order, we usually book in your installation date. As a rule of thumb, Blinds are 2-3 weeks, Curtains 4-5 weeks and Shutters 12-16 weeks. Some factors beyond our control may extend theses times.

Do you cut down Blinds?

Yes, we can cut down certain blinds we have supplied to our customers. We cannot cut down other companies Blinds.

Do you repair other companies blinds?

Sorry we do not as our UK based components do not always work with other companies Blinds.

Do you offer a cleaning service?

Unfortunately we don’t,  but there are specialist companies that offer this service for certain types of blinds.
