JB The Cat – The Newest (and Furriest) Member of the Team
Meet JB the Cat – our unexpected furry friend who became part of the John’s Blinds family.
It all started on a sunny Friday at HQ, when our fitter Steve heard tiny meows coming from outside. After a short search, he discovered a gorgeous little kitten in need of help.
She was just three weeks old. Steve scooped her up, and the whole team showered her with cuddles. Naturally, we named her “JB” – short for John’s Blinds.
Soon after, JB the Cat was placed in the care of a local cat shelter to recover. Meanwhile, we were all asking the same question: who on our team would give her a forever home?
Finding JB a Home
After a few weeks of rest and care, JB was ready for adoption.
That’s when Kim, our warm-hearted manufacturing assistant, stepped in. She brought JB home and gave her the love and stability she needed.
Since then, JB has settled in perfectly. We’re all thrilled she got a second chance at life.
What’s JB the Cat Up to Now?
Fast forward nearly two years – JB turns two this July!
She’s grown into a confident little diva. Most days, she explores the garden, chases bugs, and occasionally lounges on the roof to tease the neighbours’ dogs.
She knows they can’t reach her and she loves it.
Creating Purr-fect Memories with JB the Cat
JB the Cat now rules the house. She has four beds, a basket of toys, and a built-in alarm clock feature (early morning meows for food!). Like most cats, she also enjoys long naps in the sun.
We’re so glad she became part of our story. JB brings joy, laughter, and a touch of feline mischief to our team every day.
