- We have one of the largest Showrooms in Essex with free parking. Customers can visit, no appointment required, to touch and see the quality of our products.
- If you cannot make it to our Wickford Showroom, the next best thing is to visit our Website, Facebook page, Pinterest page or Google pages, where there are many images of the assorted products we offer. You can also order samples to be sent directly to your home or office.
- If you need help and advice, we have a knowledgeable team in the Showroom, in the Office, a Chat function on our Website and at the end of the phone.
- Book an appointment for our surveyors to visit you at a time convenient to you.
- Our experts can come to your home or office, bring the samples for the Blinds you are looking for. They will help guide you through the fabrics, what will work and more importantly, what will not work.
- Once the customer has selected everything, we will send you a quotation of what you have selected, including installation, by people who have been fitting Blinds, Curtains and Shutters for decades.
- We then check our diary system and book the installation dates with our clients, as soon as an order is confirmed.
- We manufacture key products ourselves at our HQ. UK manufacturing, with UK components and products. Roller Blinds, Vision (Day/Night) Blinds, Vertical Blinds, Perfect Fit Blinds and Allusion Blinds make up our core products that are made in-house by our wonderful team.
- If a problem occurs, we fix it!
- Once you have your amazing Blinds, Curtains or Shutters, there is always someone in the office ready to help with any aftersales requirements our clients have.
