griswaldsSo the carnage of Christmas is nearly upon us.  Trees and decorations come our of storage, presents being organised, turkeys being ordered, should be “the most wonderful time of the year”

And I agreed sometime ago that I’d cook for the family this year.  Not a massive service to cover so it seemed like a good idea at the time.

But you know what families are like!

Let’s just say I won’t go into the nitty gritty.

So I’m doing just Turkey as the meat – that’s a must, Traditional flamed Chrimbo pudding – that’s a given, Brussels sprouts – it’s a family farting tradition, cabbage with bacon – my Daughters favourite.

But my dilemma is who’s Roast Spuds do I do – Jamie’s, Nigella’s or Delia’s

And what other foods will complement and keep the buggers happy?
