Our Curtains Headings, Poles & Tracks
At John’s Blinds & Curtains we offer the main types of curtain headers, Pencil pleach, Pinch pleat (double, triple) Eyelet and Wave.
What is a Curtain Heading?
In a nutshell, it is the look you select for the top of your curtains.
Pencil Pleat – the classic curtain header style, giving a polished finish that suits every home. With these curtains, the amount of gather can be slightly adjusted to the size of the window and we usually use Pencil pleat heading when curtains are hidden under a pelmet.
Pinch Pleat – curtains, are a traditional curtain heading style which creates a tailored look ideal for more formal room setting like a living or dining room. Pinch pleat curtains are the perfect choice if you want to highlight a fabulous fabric, darling! Pleated header displays the fabric much better than with pencil pleats.
Eyelet – curtains fit to a curtain pole only, as the header is constructed of eyelets or rings fitted in the top of the curtain, creating holes which are superbly finished with an eyelet ring. These curtains have a clean, modern look, giving a simpler, more contemporary finish to your windows.
Wave – curtains offer a more contemporary look throughout the curtain drop. When opened the curtains stack back neatly and when closed, drawn, the fabric hangs in a smooth, continuous wave.
If it is a Curtain Track you are looking for, we supply and install straight and hand bent corded or uncorded tracks, which are suitable for Pinch pleat, Pencil pleat and Wave with all our curtains. Our experts will help you decide which Curtain Track system or Pole will be best for your requirements.
