Spoke with Sam at John’s Blinds in Wickford as my roller blind chain had broken. Popped into the store and Sam fixed it in a couple of minutes. Refused to take any money from me too. More places should have customer service like this. Would thoroughly recommend. Cheers Sam 👍🏻

Excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and wil be ordering more. The service was friendly, and individual. I felt the staff wanted to help. Both Sam who did the pre order visit and Steve who fitted the blinds were excellent. Fitting was quick and efficient and so tidy.

I was given great advice by their surveyor and then the fitter did an excellent job too. Both very professional and clearly took real pride in their work.
