We love to you local independent firms where possible. We did a lot of research online about what we wanted and even called in a few national firms for quotations and suggestions. However, the reviews for John's Blinds were great overall. Booked them for an initial review, and Matt who came was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and actually provided great solutions to two of our windows which other firms had told us was not possible to do. We visited the showroom and again Lorraine and Sue were friendly and helpful. We ordered a mixture of shutters, roller blinds and vertical blinds. Installation of all were at different times due to the production times. We had Matt, Steve and Bob over 3 visits carrying out the installation, they were respectable of our home, clean, helpful and did a fantastic job. The whole experience from our initial call through to completion has been smooth. We wouldn't hesitate in using them again, and highly recommend them.
