griswaldsSo the carnage of Christmas is nearly upon us. ┬áTrees and decorations come our of storage, presents being organised, turkeys being ordered, should be “the most wonderful time of the year”

And I agreed sometime ago that I’d cook for the family this year. ┬áNot a massive service to cover so it seemed like a good idea at the time.

But you know what families are like!

Let’s just say I won’t go into the nitty gritty.

So I’m doing just Turkey as the meat – that’s a must, Traditional flamed Chrimbo pudding – that’s a given, Brussels sprouts – it’s a family farting tradition, cabbage with bacon – my Daughters favourite.

But my dilemma is who’s Roast Spuds do I do – Jamie’s, Nigella’s or Delia’s

And what other foods will complement and keep the buggers happy?

Do you have any suggestions?
